Francine Meegan was born in December 8, 1989. In Las Vegas, Nevada. To James and Lillian Meegan.
Francine's arrival wasn't expected by her parents, and sadly they didn't want to take care of Francine. The couple was friends with another couple that offered to take Francine and help them out financially, this couple had 3 boys and they wanted a girl really badly. They gave them 1,000$, bought them a new car and they offered to pay most of the housing debts.
1 year later, on September 10, 1990, Francine's parents noticed that the steadiness they had from the money they were given by the couple had stopped, so they went to the couple's house and made threats against their boys whilst demanding to have Francine back. They gave Francine back to them and they left.
One day, Francine's father was off work and Francine was on her playpen and she started to cry. He reached for the playpen, grabbed Francine by the neck and shook Francine so hard that she was gasping for air and went unresponsive. He took her to the bedroom and Francine's mother tried to do CPR on her but she didn't respond. Francine's older sister saw her sister on the bed, unresponsive and her parents made up excuses as to why she was like that.
Later that day, the couple put Francine's body in a suitcase and put it on the trunk of the car. They drove to Arizona to a relative's house and left their other kids there. The couple then drove to the dessert and got the body off the suitcase, her father then poured gasoline on her and lit a match, making Francine's body burn.
Francine would remain unidentified for 6 years after a father and his son found her body.
One of Francine's aunts was the one that said what had happened to Francine, he told her then boyfriend that was a social worker what had happened.
Police reached out to Francine's parents and they denied the fact that they had a daughter named Francine, however, a birth certificate said otherwise. Francine's mother made up a story about how Francine had been kidnapped and how they didn't trust police, and that had been the reason they never reported it.
